Vigilans
A cloud platform for registering and controlling visitors, guards and assets. At any moment you know who is inside your facilities, why they came, and who authorized it.
QR pre-registration
The host registers the visit and the pass arrives by email or WhatsApp before the visitor leaves their office.
Gate booth
The guard scans the QR or enters details manually. Entry and exit are both timestamped.

Qrono
Cloud attendance and HR, made in Mexico. Qrono connects your time clocks to the cloud and turns every punch into attendance, incidents and pre-payroll ready for your payroll system.
For plants, retail, offices and public institutions, with what real operations demand: rotating and night shifts, contractors, and several branches or plants. Punches arrive on their own, with no changes to your network or your clocks, and fingerprints stay on site: only who punched and when travels to the cloud.
Time clocks
An agent on your network reads ZKTeco clocks and sends the punches to the cloud. If the internet drops, it keeps them and sends them when it comes back.
Daily attendance
Late arrivals, absences and missing clock-outs are calculated automatically. HR reviews the doubtful cases in an inbox and corrects them with a reason and an audit trail.
Shifts and rotations
Shifts that cross midnight, weekly rotations, shift swaps and a projected calendar for each employee.
Incidents and leave
Vacation, leave, sick leave and overtime with authorization and batch approval, showing the employee's balance.
Pre-payroll
Weekly, biweekly or semi-monthly periods. Rules carry effective dates: recalculating a past period gives exactly what was paid.
CONTPAQi integration
Import employees with a preview and export incidents as quantities, not amounts, so payroll never falls out of balance.
Canteen
Terminal with reader and printed ticket, eligibility rules, guests and reconciliation. Keeps working with no internet.
Roles and audit log

This Qrono is a new system, rebuilt from the ground up for the cloud. It keeps the name because it keeps the way you work: you will recognise the operation — employees, shifts, incidents, leave, overtime — without the per-site install or the version-by-version upgrades.
Your current time clocks keep working. No hardware to replace and no re-enrolling staff. And you do not start with an empty database: we migrate employees, shifts, catalogs and history from the installed version, with a differences report so you can validate before leaving it.

Qonforme
Cloud quality management for any industry, made in Mexico. Qonforme takes your inspections to the cloud: the lab PC and the tablet on the floor or in the field capture against the same template, the OK/NG verdict comes out on the spot, every gauge arrives with its calibration up to date, and every record is signed and ready for the audit.
It is configured, not programmed: each company defines its inspection types, frequencies, thresholds and terminology. It fits any organization with a quality system, not just manufacturing: automotive (IATF 16949), aerospace (AS9100), medical devices (ISO 13485), pharma (GMP), food (HACCP, FSSC 22000), chemicals and laboratories (ISO 17025), energy and field assets, or any company with ISO 9001. When you create your workspace you pick industry packs that preload catalogs and inspection types.
Versioned templates
Variable, attribute or list characteristics, with one- or two-sided specs, classification and reaction plan. Every published revision stays fixed.
Plans and pending work
The plan says what, where, when and who; Qonforme builds each shift's queue and flags what was done late or skipped.
Live verdict while capturing
OK/NG per reading, per characteristic and per inspection as data is entered. A re-measurement keeps the previous value.
Shop-floor tablet
Tablets registered per line, badge and PIN sign-in and inactivity timeout. Every entry is recorded under whoever made it.
Statistics and capability
Cp, Cpk, Pp and Ppk, I-MR, X̄-R and X̄-S charts and histogram, judged by the thresholds your company sets per characteristic class.
Electronic signatures
Prepared, reviewed and approved, with the meaning of each step and a fingerprint of the signed content. Pending inbox and batch signing.
Notices and alerts

Calibrations, add-on module
The calibration program lives next to the inspections: while capturing, Qonforme checks that the gauge is current and fit for use, and blocks or warns according to your policy.
Annual program and calendar, as-found and as-left records, traceable standards, reminders with PDF and, when a gauge comes out of tolerance, the list of inspections made with it since its last good calibration.
