1. Who we are and what these terms cover

This website, traceteck.mx, is operated by Traceteck, S.C. ("Traceteck"), with its address at República de Uruguay 701, colonia Las Américas, C.P. 20230, Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, Mexico. These terms govern access to and use of the website and its forms. By using it you accept these conditions; if you do not agree, please do not use it.

Use of each product —Vigilans at vigilans.mx, Qrono at qrono.com.mx and Qonforme at qonforme.com— is governed by the terms and service agreement published on that product's site, not by this document.

2. Permitted use

You may browse the website and use its forms to request information, a demo or to join a waitlist. You agree not to:

• submit false information, or information about third parties without their authorization;
• use the website in a way that damages it, overloads it or interferes with its operation;
• submit forms in an automated way or try to bypass security measures, including the bot check;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the systems of Traceteck or its providers;
• use the website for unlawful purposes.

3. Website information

The content of the website is informational. Descriptions, features, availability and product status may change without notice. Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a quote: commercial terms are set in each product's service agreement.

We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or omissions.

4. Waitlists and requests

Joining a product's waitlist or requesting a demo creates no obligation for you or for Traceteck: it does not guarantee access to the product, an opening date or a price. You can ask to be removed at any time by writing to contacto@traceteck.mx.

5. Intellectual property

The website, its design, text, images, logos and the names Traceteck, Vigilans, Qrono and Qonforme belong to Traceteck or its licensors and are protected by Mexican and international intellectual property law. Third-party logos belong to their respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or exploit the website's content without prior written authorization, except for personal, informational use.

6. Links to other sites

The website links to our products' sites and to third-party services. Traceteck does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. No warranties and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is" and as available. We do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors. To the extent the law allows, Traceteck will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or the inability to use it. This does not limit liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

8. Personal data

Data you send us through the website is handled according to our privacy notice.

9. Changes

We may change these terms at any time. The current version will always be published at traceteck.mx/en/terms.html with its last-updated date. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, waiving any other venue that may apply because of their present or future domicile.
